GenSpring Power Inc. takes your privacy very seriously. The GSP Link app collects a limited amount of data in order to provide secure access to your generator, and to understand how our customers use the app. This data is limited to the following:

1. IP address
2. Analytics data such as device type and operating system version, and which features of the app are being used.

The email address you supplied to GenSpring Power Inc. when enrolling in this service is used to facilitate secure login to the app. The GSP Link app will only use your email address for this purpose. Introduction
By joining our SMS program provided by GenSpring Power, you agree to receive recurring text messages (updates, alerts, notifications) on the number you provide, under these Terms that adhere to TCPA (2025) and CTIA Best Practices.

Opt-In Consent

In accordance with the 2025 TCPA guidelines, your participation in our SMS service requires explicit one-to-one consent. This means that by opting in, you consent to receive messages from GenSpring Power only. Consent cannot be shared with other companies or third-party entities without your direct approval.

To join our SMS program, you may opt in through the following methods, in compliance with the 2025 CTIA Guidelines:   

• Web Form: Clear, unchecked checkbox with our exact consent language.

Message Frequency
You will receive no more than 3-5, unless for urgent notifications. Standard carrier rates apply.
